My research interest is on the environmental application of advanced nanomaterials for soil and water remediation, as well as the fate and transport of emerging contaminants (e.g., nanomaterials, PPCPs, PFASs, etc.) in the soil, water, and plant systems. I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees from Sichuan University and Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, respectively. I received my PhD degree from Michigan State University. Currently, I study sorptive remediation of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances contaminated groundwater using cationic hydrophobic polymers.
