Jonathan Manuel Romero is currently working on a DoD-SERDP project investigating the (bio)remediation of soil/water contaminated by insensitive munition compounds. Jonathan has a BS degree in  Environmental Engineering and a Minor in Math from the University of Arizona. During the academic year 2020-21, he conducted research at the Field-Sierra group with support from the NASA Space Grant program. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys playing video games as well as playing and listening to music.
